Established in 2015 Conservatory Archives began as a small shop on Hackney Road, housing a curated assortment of intriguing plant specimens and antique furniture. As interest in our curious green characters grew, so did the number of plants within the space and soon our Hackney Road store became a miniature jungle, teeming with as many unique and diverse species as we could fit into every available corner.
Like the resident plants, Conservatory Archives began to grow in both the retail and interior design sectors. In the subsequent years we have collaborated with many wonderful clients, introducing plants into a wide variety of indoor settings and watching many plants make their way to new homes through our stores.
Following the opening of our Lower Clapton Road shop in 2018 and the launch of our Online Store amidst the pandemic, this year we have opened a significantly larger location in North London. Our Middleton Mews garden centre hosts our most extensive collection of species to date, with an intention to provide greenery to all city-dwellers and the botanically captivated.
