Eulychnia castanea f. varispiralis - double stem
A prized cactus among collectors, Eulychnia castanea f. varispiralis is an unusual, slow-growing plant with a spiralling helter-skelter form. This particular specimen is further admired for it’s incredibly rare growth formation, producing two individual spiralling columns from a split in the central stem. Highly sought after, highly valued and highly treasured. A true wonder to behold.

Watering
Water when soil is dry 100%. Water very lightly (if at all) during winter months.
Light requirements
Full sun.
Feed
Use a cactus fertiliser 3 times between March - November.
Repotting
Repot every 2-3 years. Use a well draining cactus compost, adding extra drainage such as perlite, pumice or grit.
