Cordyline fruticosa 'Glauca'

With dense layers of large, overlapping leaves Cordyline fruticosa 'Glauca' is well adaped to the shady understories of the tropical rainforests of southeast Asia and the pacific isles.

Watering

In S/S water when 30% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%. A good tip to remember - if your plant is getting less light then it will need less water.

Light requirements

Bright, indirect. Shade tolerant.

Feed

Use a houseplant fertiliser once a month from April - October.

Repotting

Repot every 2 years or alternatively, replace the top 10cm of the soil with fresh houseplant compost every year.
